Job Responsibilities:
Perform perfect track soldering operations.
Handle SMT and MI kitting processes.
Supervise production lines as a Line Leader or Shift Incharge.
Ensure quality standards and smooth workflow on the shop floor.
Qualification:
Minimum 12th pass or equivalent.
Only male candidates are eligible.
Skills:
Knowledge of soldering and electronic assembly.
Team handling skills for Line Leader and Shift Incharge roles.
Ability to follow instructions and meet production targets.
Salary:
For Soldering Operator: ₹12,000 – ₹17,000 per month
For Line Leader, Shift Incharge, SMT Kitting, MI Kitting: Salary as per interview performance
Other Details:
Urgent requirement for 20 manpower (male candidates only).
