Job Role:
AC Motor Manufacturing Operator / Helper
Location:
Sector-69, Plot No. 619, Ballabhgarh IMT, Faridabad, Haryana
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in the manufacturing and assembly of AC motors.
Ensure proper handling of components and tools on the production floor.
Maintain quality standards and identify any defects in products.
Perform assigned tasks under the supervision of senior staff.
Follow safety protocols and company guidelines during manufacturing.
Qualification:
ITI (All trades) – ITI Pass
Diploma Holder – Relevant Diploma
Helper – Minimum educational qualification
Skills:
Basic technical knowledge of AC motor components and assembly.
Ability to work efficiently in a team-based factory environment.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Physically fit to handle manufacturing tasks and machinery.
Salary:
ITI: ₹12,000 per month + daily overtime
Diploma Holder: ₹13,200 per month + daily overtime
Helper: ₹11,260 per month + daily overtime
Other Details:
Required Documents: Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Bank Account Details, Educational Certificates, 2 Passport-size Photos. Previous employees must bring UAN & ESI copies.
