Diploma Trainee Engineer (DTE) – Only Diploma Holders
Selected candidates will be hired on a company roll as Diploma Trainee Engineers in departments such as Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, IT, and Computer Science. Candidates will work on the shop floor, learn core industry operations, and participate in production, maintenance, and quality control processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operating and monitoring machines and tools
- Conducting inspections and measurements for quality assurance
- Participating in troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance activities
- Learning industrial SOPs, 5S, and Kaizen practices
- Supporting engineering and supervisory teams in daily plant activities
