Job Responsibility / जॉब की जिम्मेदारी: Minda Sai Company Job Greater Noida
The operator will work on the wiring harness manufacturing line. Job duties include assembly work, fitting of components, checking wiring quality, basic production tasks, and following supervisor instructions. Candidates must maintain discipline, safety standards, and production efficiency during shifts.
ऑपरेटर को वायरिंग हार्नेस मैन्युफैक्चरिंग लाइन पर काम करना होगा। कार्य में असेंबली, पार्ट्स फिटिंग, वायरिंग की क्वालिटी चेक करना, प्रोडक्शन से जुड़ा सामान्य कार्य और सुपरवाइजर के निर्देशों का पालन करना शामिल है। शिफ्ट के दौरान अनुशासन, सुरक्षा और कार्यक्षमता बनाए रखना जरूरी है।

10th Pass / 12th Pass / ITI Pass candidates can apply. Aadhaar card is mandatory.
10वीं पास, 12वीं पास और ITI पास उम्मीदवार आवेदन कर सकते हैं। आधार कार्ड अनिवार्य है।
Skills / आवश्यक कौशल:
Basic understanding of manufacturing work, ability to follow instructions, teamwork, discipline, and physical fitness for factory work.
मैन्युफैक्चरिंग कार्य की सामान्य समझ, निर्देशों का पालन करने की क्षमता, टीम में काम करने की योग्यता, अनुशासन और फैक्ट्री वर्क के लिए शारीरिक फिटनेस।
Salary / सैलरी विवरण:
10th / 12th Pass – ₹11,000 per month (PF & ESIC deducted)
ITI Pass – ₹12,100 per month (PF & ESIC deducted)
Night Shift Allowance – ₹100 per night
Attendance Award – ₹550 per month
Overtime – 3.5 hours daily (single shift basis)
Vacancies: 100+ (Bumper Hiring)
Gender: Boys & Girls (Night shift allowed for boys only)
Age Limit: 18 to 30 years
Selection: 100 percent confirmed
Canteen facility available at ₹18 per meal
Bus facility available at ₹350 per month (high availability)
