Production / Assembly Operator (Trainee)

Plot No. 341-342, Sector-20, Udyog Vihar Phase 2, Gurugram, Haryana
Job Responsibilities:
Operating and assembling automotive electronic components.
Maintaining production quality as per company standards.
Supporting team leaders in production and testing processes.
Ensuring safety, discipline, and cleanliness on the shop floor.
Qualification:
10th / 12th Pass
ITI (Electrical / Electronics)
Diploma (Electrical / Electronics)
Skills Required:
Basic understanding of electrical and electronic components.
Ability to work in a team and follow standard operating procedures.
Good communication and time management skills.
Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
Salary:
10th / 12th: ₹12,778 per month (In-hand) | CTC ₹16,596
ITI (EE): ₹13,340 per month (In-hand) | CTC ₹17,342
Diploma (EE): ₹16,388 per month (In-hand) | CTC ₹21,257
(ESI & PF applicable separately)
Other Details:
Duty Time: 8 hours per day
Working Days: 26 days/month
Weekly Off: 4 days/month
Canteen Charges: ₹572 per month
