Job Role:
Production Associate (B.Voc / ITI / Diploma candidates)
Location:
Unit-1, Plot No. 45–46, Bata Chowk, Faridabad, Haryana
Job Responsibilities:
Working in the production department for automotive AC manufacturing.
Handling mechanical and electrical components.
Supporting assembly and testing processes.
Maintaining quality and safety standards during operations.
Qualification:
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, RAC, Motor Mechanical, Diesel Mechanical, Electronics, or Electrical.
Skills:
Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
Ability to operate production tools and machines.
Teamwork and problem-solving attitude.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Salary:
ITI Candidates: ₹12,000/month (8 hours shift)
Diploma Candidates: ₹14,000/month (8 hours shift)
Other Details:
Overtime: As per company policy
Canteen facility: ₹25 per diet
Attendance Award: ₹1000 (for full attendance)
Salary increment: ₹500 every 6 months
