Soldering and Production Operator
Location:
Sector 8, IMT Manesar, Gurgaon, Haryana
Job Responsibilities:
Perform soldering and production line operations as per process guidelines.
Handle tools and equipment safely during assembly work.
Maintain product quality standards and ensure timely task completion.
Support supervisors in daily production targets and machine upkeep.
Qualification:
12th Pass or ITI (any trade)
Skills:
Basic soldering and assembly skills.
Knowledge of electronic components and wiring.
Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions.
Attention to detail and willingness to work in shifts.
Salary:
Production Operator: ₹11,299 (Gross)
Soldering Operator (Experienced): ₹14,042 (Gross)
Other Details:
Overtime: Double Rate
Attendance Award: ₹1000
Holidays: 14 per year
