NAPS/NATS Apprenticeship Trainee

Job Responsibilities:
Perform apprenticeship training in assigned technical departments
Learn and support production, assembly, and quality-related tasks
Work under supervision and acquire hands-on industrial skills
Qualification:
10th / 12th Pass (Civil / COPA not valid)
ITI Pass (All technical trades)
Diploma (Mechanical branch)
Experience:
Only Freshers Allowed
Skills:
Basic technical knowledge in relevant trade
Willingness to learn and work in manufacturing environment
Ability to follow instructions and work in shifts
Salary (Stipend):
10th / 12th: ₹12,000 + ₹1,500 DBT = ₹13,500 (approx)
ITI Pass: ₹13,000 + ₹1,500 DBT = ₹14,500 (approx)
Diploma (Mechanical): ₹13,500 + ₹4,000 DBT = ₹17,500 (approx)

Age Limit: 18–30 years

Shift Timing:
Day: 08:00 AM – 06:00 PM
Night: 08:30 PM – 06:00 AM
