Job Role:
Trainee (Production / Engineering)
Location:
Plot No. 22 & 23, Sector-6, IMT Manesar, Gurugram, Haryana – 122051
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in production and engineering processes.
Operate machines and maintain production standards.
Follow company safety and quality protocols.
Support senior staff in day-to-day tasks.
Qualification:
12th Pass
ITI Pass (Technical Trades only)
Skills:
Basic technical knowledge
Willingness to learn and adapt
Good communication and teamwork skills
Salary:
12th Pass: ₹12,500/month (including allowances)
ITI Pass: ₹13,650/month (including allowances)
Attendance Bonus: ₹1,200 (on 26 days presence)
Overtime: As per company policy
Festival Bonus: ₹2,500
Other Details:
Subsidized food: ₹20 per diet
