Job Role: Line Leader, Production Monitor & Assistant Engineer
Location: Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Job Responsibilities:
Department 1 – Production Monitor & SMT Production
Supervise production lines and monitor SMT processes.
Assist in line management and ensure smooth workflow.
Implement ALE processes and maintain quality standards.
Coordinate with engineers to meet production targets.
Department 2 – Engineering Testing & Maintenance (TME)
Handle maintenance and testing of electrical and electronic components.
Perform troubleshooting and repair of production equipment.
Maintain detailed records of testing and maintenance activities.
Department 3 – Engineering
Work as Technician or Sr. Technician in SMT, TRC, and assembly processes.
Ensure assembly quality and production efficiency.
Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to optimize operations.
Qualification:
Diploma or B.Tech in relevant engineering field.
Good English communication skills.
Relevant knowledge of SMT, electrical, and electronics systems.
Experience:
Line Leader & Monitor: 3–5 years minimum experience in production/SML line monitoring.
Engineering TME: Freshers and experienced candidates with good electrical/electronics knowledge can apply.
Engineering Department Technician/Sr. Technician: 2–4 years experience in SMT & assembly processes.
Skills Required:
Knowledge of SMT production, assembly, and line monitoring processes.
Electrical and electronics troubleshooting skills.
Ability to manage production workflow and maintain quality standards.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Salary:
Line Leader & Monitor: ₹26,000 – ₹30,000 (Depends on interview)
TME Technician/Sr. Technician: ₹24,000 – ₹28,000
Engineering Technician/Sr. Technician: ₹24,000 – ₹28,000
