Job Role | जॉब रोल:
Picker & Packer – The candidates will be responsible for sorting, scanning, and packaging grocery items. Inventory control and shelf management will also be part of the duty. समय पर सामान तैयार करना, उसे स्कैन करना और सही तरीके से पैक करना प्रमुख जिम्मेदारी होगी। साथ ही, इन्वेंटरी को व्यवस्थित रखना और स्टॉक को अपडेट करना भी इस भूमिका में शामिल है।
As a Picker & Packer at Zepto Store, you will be directly involved in the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. Your key responsibility will be to accurately pick items from the inventory as per the customer order and pack them efficiently for timely dispatch.
This role also includes:

Using handheld barcode scanners to ensure the correct items are picked

Double-checking product quality (no damages, expiry dates, etc.)

Labelling, sealing, and placing orders into delivery bins

Managing shelf arrangements and restocking low inventory

Participating in daily inventory audits

Coordinating with team leaders and delivery associates
