Job Role | जॉब रोल:
Selected candidates will be hired as NAPS Trainees in various departments such as fabrication, maintenance, and technical support. Duties include working on CNC machines, supporting AutoCAD-based tasks, assisting senior technicians, and maintaining industry safety and production standards. चयनित उम्मीदवारों को कई क्षेत्रों जैसे फैब्रीकेशन, मेंटेनेंस और टेक्नीकल सपोर्ट की देपार्तों में ट्रेनी की तरह लागू कीया जाएगा।
- 8th/10th/12th Pass Candidates: Will be trained in general assembly, material handling, packing, inspection, and support roles on the factory floor.
- ITI Fitter Candidates: Will be engaged in machine maintenance, fitting operations, assisting senior technicians, basic fabrication, and monitoring shop floor activity.
- Diploma/B.E. Mechanical Candidates: Will be responsible for assisting engineers in AutoCAD design, CNC operation, tool setup, part alignment, quality checks, and production planning. These candidates will also be part of cross-functional teams in real-time industrial operations.
All trainees will be mentored by skilled supervisors and will get hands-on experience in operating industrial-grade machinery, interpreting engineering drawings, understanding safety protocols, and managing production documentation.
