Job Role / नौकरी की भूमिका:
Candidates selected under the NAPS Apprenticeship Program will work in various departments like production, assembly, machine operation, and quality inspection.

The selected candidates will join the NAPS Apprenticeship Program at New Holland Fiat India Pvt. Ltd., working in the production, assembly, and quality inspection departments. As part of the apprenticeship, you will operate machinery, assemble tractor parts, perform quality checks, and adhere to safety and production guidelines. This hands-on technical role is ideal for ITI passouts who are looking to gain practical experience in the automotive and agricultural machinery industry.
