Front Desk Receptionist Job In Vintech Consultants Company In Delhi 2026 With a staff of more than 100 experts, Vintech Consultants is a renowned structural design consultancy situated in New Delhi, India. We have successfully completed over 1000 projects over the last 37 years, including more than 600 multi-story buildings in the residential, commercial, educational, hotel, and healthcare sectors. Vintech is an expert in the structural design, restoration, and retrofitting of steel and reinforced concrete buildings. The company prioritizes wind and seismic engineering to guarantee the longevity and safety of buildings. Vintech Consultants offers its clients knowledge and creativity with a track record of more than 1000 finished projects.
This is a full-time position in New Delhi for a front desk receptionist. Daily administrative and clerical duties, including taking and directing calls, welcoming guests, scheduling appointments, keeping orderly records, and quickly answering questions, will be handled by the front desk receptionist. One of the main duties of this position will be to provide outstanding customer service and a friendly workplace.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Phone Etiquette
Excellent organizational and detail-oriented clerical skills
Outstanding communication abilities and the capacity for professional interaction
It is ideal to be proficient with basic office equipment, such as printers, scanners, and phones.
Capacity to efficiently manage time and multitask in a hectic setting
While not required, prior experience in a related job is advantageous.
Language: Hindi
Qualifications: Candidate must be graduate
