Job Description:
Office Administrator Job In Tesla Company in Delhi 2026 The chosen applicant will guarantee that the office space and amenities for operations in India are suitable for their intended use and consistently meet brand standards. The person in this role must use initiative and judgment. We are seeking someone with a high level of adaptability, the capacity to manage several projects concurrently, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities:
Make sure the office space and premises are suitable for their intended use and consistently reflect the brand’s needs, including requests for SFO cases and construction vendor cooperation.
Act as the store coordinator, keeping an eye on any minor repairs or renovations and organizing logistics for all locations, including temporary pop-up shops.
Assist the personnel with secretarial, administrative, and support tasks.
Serve as a receptionist by fielding callers, answering the mainline phone, answering questions, and taking messages.
Oversee the distribution of incoming and outgoing mail and goods both domestically and internationally.
Every month, all sites handle utility bills and submit invoices.
Make sure the meeting rooms, kitchen, and office are maintained as tidy and organized.
Qualifications:
self-started and capable of working with little direction or supervision.
outstanding communication abilities both in writing and speaking.
able to establish and preserve solid working connections across several corporate divisions.
