Location:

Job Responsibility:
Operate machines and support production activities
Ensure quality checks and inspections as per company standards
Assist in installation, operation, and site supervision
Maintain safety and compliance protocols
Handle technical tasks in electrical, mechanical, and solar technology domains
Coordinate with teams to achieve production and site goals
Qualification:
BE/B.Tech: Only pass-out students (Electrical, Mechanical, Automobile, Electronics, Instrumentation)
Polytechnic Diploma: Pass-out, fresher, experienced, or final-year students
ITI: Experienced candidates (Age 24–35 years), trades include Electrician, Fitter, Welder, Wireman, Diesel Mechanic, Turner, Sheet Metal, Tool & Die, Machinist, Solar Technician, Electronics, Instrument Mechanic, COE Automobile, etc.
B.Sc (PCM): Only experienced candidates
Skills: Knowledge of solar energy technology, production operations, machine handling, quality inspection, safety standards, and technical expertise in relevant trade or specialization
Salary: ₹24,625 – ₹25,625 per month (8-hour shift)

Job Type: On-site long-term job
Experience Required: 6 months to 3 years (solar or manufacturing industry)
