Production Operator (Apprenticeship with Education Program)

Job Responsibilities:
Assist in the production of automobile steering systems
Operate machinery and support manufacturing processes
Follow supervisor instructions and maintain shop floor discipline
Attend Polytechnic Mechanical Classes alongside regular job duties
Qualification:
12th Pass
ITI Pass (any trade)
Skills Required:
Basic understanding of mechanical or technical work
Ability to manage both work and study schedule
Discipline and willingness to learn new skills
Teamwork and adaptability in a factory environment
Salary:
Starting Salary: ₹12,000 per month (₹11,000 In-Hand + ₹1,000 Allowance)
After 6 months: ₹13,000 In-Hand (26 working days)
Other Details:
Work Schedule: 8 hours Job + 2 hours Polytechnic (Mechanical) Classes
Education Program: 3-year Polytechnic Mechanical Course (UGC recognized, valid for government jobs)
Course Fee: Completely Free (No Charges)
Facilities: Free Bus Service + Free Canteen
Hostel Accommodation: ₹2000 – ₹2500 per month
