Job Role:
Trainee – Production / Engineering
Location:
Plot No. 22 & 23, Sector-6, IMT Manesar, Gurugram, Haryana – 122051
Job Responsibilities:
Assisting in production and engineering processes
Operating machinery and maintaining product quality standards
Supporting the manufacturing of automobile components
Ensuring workplace safety and following company guidelines
Working in shifts as per factory requirements
Qualification:
12th pass
ITI pass (Technical trades only)
Age: 18 to 25 years
Skills:
Basic technical knowledge of engineering/manufacturing
Ability to work in a team environment
Discipline and punctuality
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Salary:
For 12th Pass: ₹11,600 (Basic) + ₹900 (PA) = ₹12,500 per month
For ITI Pass: ₹12,600 (Basic) + ₹1,050 (PA) = ₹13,650 per month
Other Details & Benefits:
Attendance bonus: ₹1,200 (for 26 days presence)
Overtime as per company policy (single rate)
Earned wages (8.33% after 3 months)
Festival bonus: ₹2,500 (for working during festivals)
Subsidized meals at ₹20 per diet
