Job Responsibilities:
Assist in production and industrial operations under supervision.
Learn and perform tasks related to manufacturing processes.
Follow safety guidelines and maintain workplace discipline.
Support daily operational targets and complete assigned tasks.
Qualification:
ITI Pass (Batch 2015 – 2025)
Diploma Pass (Batch 2020 – 2025)
Only fresher candidates eligible
Skills:
Basic knowledge of industrial or manufacturing operations.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
Punctuality, discipline, and team coordination.
Salary:
ITI: ₹13,500 + ₹1,500 = ₹15,000 per month (8-hour duty)
Diploma: ₹16,500 + ₹4,000 = ₹20,500 per month (8-hour duty)
Overtime: Single rate up to 3.5 hours daily
Canteen Allowance: ₹300 – ₹500 per month
