Job Role:
Trainee – Production / Engineering
Location:
Plot No. 22 & 23, Sector-6, IMT Manesar, Gurugram, Haryana – 122051
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in production and assembly of automobile components
Follow engineering instructions and standard operating procedures
Maintain quality and safety standards in the production line
Participate in training sessions and skill development programs
Contribute to meeting daily production targets efficiently
Qualification:
12th pass
ITI pass (only technical trades)
Age: 18 to 25 years
Skills:
Basic knowledge of manufacturing or engineering processes
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
Physically fit and disciplined
Eagerness to learn and adapt to production environment
Salary:
12th pass: Basic ₹11,600 + PA ₹900 = ₹12,500/month
ITI pass: Basic ₹12,600 + PA ₹1,050 = ₹13,650/month
Additional Benefits: Attendance bonus ₹1,200 (26 days), overtime as per company policy, 8.33% earned salary after 3 months, festival bonus ₹2,500
