Job Role:
Fixed Term Employee (FTE) – Production and Maintenance
Location:
Manesar, Gurgaon, Haryana
Job Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain machines and production tools.
Perform assembly, welding, painting, or fitting tasks as per trade skills.
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards on the shop floor.
Support production targets and team activities.
Qualification:
ITI Pass from recognized institute in any of the following trades:
Fitter, Welder, Painter (General), Electrician, Turner, Diesel Mechanic, Machinist, Tool & Die Maker, Motor Mechanic Vehicle, Tractor Mechanic, or other relevant trades.
Skills:
Knowledge of manufacturing operations.
Technical and mechanical aptitude.
Team coordination and discipline.
Ability to follow production and safety guidelines.
Salary:
Approx. ₹36,852 per month (CTC)
Includes subsidized food, uniform, and other benefits as per company policy.
Other Details:
Contract Duration: 12 months (Fixed Term Employment)
Age Limit: 18 to 26 years (up to 25 years 9 months eligible)
