Job Role: Production Operator

Job Responsibilities:
Perform production and assembly tasks for mobile phones and related components.
Maintain quality standards and follow safety procedures on the shop floor.
Support production workflow to meet daily targets.
Handle machinery and tools efficiently under supervision.
Participate in training sessions and follow operational guidelines.
Qualification:
10th, 12th, ITI, or Graduate
Skills:
Basic English reading and writing.
Physical fitness for production tasks.
Ability to work in shifts and follow instructions.
Teamwork and attention to detail.
Salary:
Production Salary: ₹10,995 per month
Attendance Award: ₹2,000
GWP Award: ₹1,000
