Job Responsibility:
The selected candidates will be responsible for handling grocery and household products inside the warehouse. Work includes picking items as per order list, carefully packing products, labeling packages, and placing them in the dispatch area. Candidates must also arrange stock on shelves, ensure items are stored in the correct location, and help in loading and unloading goods from vehicles. Maintaining cleanliness, following safety rules, and working as per supervisor instructions are also important parts of the job. This is a standing job role and requires physical activity throughout the shift.
चयनित उम्मीदवार वेयरहाउस के अंदर ग्रोसरी और घरेलू सामान को संभालने का काम करेंगे। काम में ऑर्डर लिस्ट के अनुसार सामान उठाना, सावधानी से पैकिंग करना, पैकेट पर लेबल लगाना और डिस्पैच एरिया में रखना शामिल है। उम्मीदवारों को स्टॉक को शेल्फ पर सही तरीके से जमाना, सामान को सही जगह पर रखना और गाड़ियों से माल चढ़ाने व उतारने में भी मदद करनी होगी। साफ सफाई बनाए रखना, सुरक्षा नियमों का पालन करना और सुपरवाइजर के निर्देश अनुसार काम करना भी इस जॉब का महत्वपूर्ण हिस्सा है। यह खड़े होकर किया जाने वाला काम है और पूरी शिफ्ट के दौरान शारीरिक मेहनत करनी होती है।
Qualification:
Minimum 10th or 12th pass candidates can apply. Freshers are welcome and no prior warehouse experience is mandatory. Candidates should be medically fit for physical work.
कम से कम 10वीं या 12वीं पास उम्मीदवार आवेदन कर सकते हैं। फ्रेशर उम्मीदवार भी आवेदन कर सकते हैं, पहले का अनुभव जरूरी नहीं है। उम्मीदवार शारीरिक रूप से फिट होने चाहिए ताकि वे फिजिकल काम कर सकें।
Skills:
Basic reading and understanding ability, ability to follow instructions, teamwork, time management, and willingness to work in rotational shifts. Candidates should be disciplined and responsible.

Salary:
In hand salary is 13500 per month. Attendance award of 1000 is provided for good attendance. Performance incentive up to 7000 can be earned based on work speed and accuracy. Total monthly income can go up to around 18800 depending on performance.
इन हैंड सैलरी 13500 प्रति माह है। अच्छी उपस्थिति पर 1000 का अटेंडेंस अवार्ड मिलता है। काम की स्पीड और सटीकता के आधार पर 7000 तक का परफॉर्मेंस इंसेंटिव भी मिल सकता है। कुल मासिक आय लगभग 18800 तक जा सकती है।
Other Details:
This job is only for male candidates. Duty hours are 9 hour rotational shifts. Weekly off is provided as per company policy, generally 4 days per month. PF and ESI benefits are applicable as per rules. The job is completely free and no charges are taken from candidates at any stage of hiring.
