2. Excellent practical understanding of:
Ethernet Links
4. PIP Circuits
Internet circuits that are dedicated (DIA)
Circuits of Access
3. A solid grasp of the interdependence and synchronisation between LEC and PTT
4. A thorough comprehension of the roles and procedures of the Basic Provisioning teams
5. Capacity to oversee orders, deadlines, consequences, and escalations
6. Outstanding customer service abilities with a heavy emphasis on delivery and SLAs
Essential:
-A track record of success in telecom order management operations
-Excellent customer-facing and stakeholder management abilities
-The capacity to operate in a hectic, operations-driven setting
