Job Description:
RUI Clothing is a prominent New Delhi-based daily-wear kurti and apparel brand that is hiring a confident and enthusiastic sales executive to handle inbound enquiries for our B2B women’s wear brand, Ruei. This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to build a career in sales and customer handling.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming calls and WhatsApp messages from customers and shops.
• Recognise client needs and assist them with our product selection.
• Transform questions into orders that have been confirmed
• Preserve client ties and guarantee effective communication
• Work together with internal teams to handle orders and provide updates.
• Keep simple records and data in Excel.
Requirements:
• Excellent Hindi and basic English communication abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• A self-assured and amiable demeanour
• A fundamental grasp of sales and an openness to learning
• The capacity to effectively manage several discussions
• Newcomers are welcome.
