Factory Operator – Mechanical Production Support
As a Factory Operator in this reputed rubber parts manufacturing company, you will be involved in a wide range of mechanical and shop floor tasks that are essential for maintaining daily production output. Your responsibilities will include:

Operating basic machinery and equipment used for rubber molding, cutting, shaping, and finishing processes

Assisting in assembling automotive rubber parts and ensuring they meet quality standards

Material handling – loading and unloading rubber stock and finished goods
-
Inspecting finished parts to ensure proper size, quality, and texture
-
Supporting engineers and supervisors by reporting machine issues and production delays

Maintaining cleanliness and safety protocols at your work station

Recording daily output and coordinating with shift leaders

Participating in basic mechanical maintenance of machines (as per training provided)

Working as part of a production team to meet daily and monthly targets
