Job Description:
About the Role We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist to be the voice of the brand for a global (US/EU) customer base. If you come from a strong DTC/e-commerce background and have handled high-volume support with escalations
Customer Support Specialist – Customer Experience: Retain high levels of satisfaction under challenging or complicated circumstances. Strict prerequisites: two to three years of experience in DTC or e-commerce customer service A track record of successfully managing international clients (US/EU) Experience overseeing high-volume support settings and escalations; practical knowledge of Shopify and Gorgias (or comparable technologies); Excellent communication in both written and spoken English (10/10 fluency necessary). Nice to have knowledge of lifestyle and beauty brands. Knowledge of social media-based customer service Proficiency in regional Indian languages What We Are Searching for A strong sense of ownership and problem-solving The capacity to oversee several conversations without sacrificing quality Excellent organization and attention to detail
