In order to promote excellence at the elite level in the medium to long term and introduce the sport to a larger base of youth (grassroots), LGA plans to construct many facilities around the nation.
Job Description:
Answer and handle customer booking questions over the phone, by email, or in person.
Make sure that gymnastics lessons, seminars, and events are accurately and promptly scheduled according to client preferences and availability.
Keep your booking system up to current with new reservations, cancellations, and rescheduling requests.
Give clients comprehensive information about class times, costs, and any particular needs.
Administrative Support:
Carry out routine administrative duties including filing, data entry, and recordkeeping.
Create and distribute pertinent papers, such as registration forms, contracts, and disclaimers.
Help keep an orderly inventory of gymnastics equipment and make sure that supplies are restocked as needed.
Work along with other employees to make sure the gymnastics center runs smoothly and effectively.
Skills:
a degree in management or a similar discipline from a university or college; further administrative or customer service training is advantageous.
shown expertise in customer service or administration, ideally in a sports or leisure environment.
outstanding written and verbal communication skills and the capacity to engage with clients and employees in a professional manner.
strong organisational abilities and the capacity to manage several things at once.
adept at using computer programs and systems, such as email, Microsoft Office Suite, and booking management applications.
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Using cold calling, social selling, and networking to find and qualify prospects.
Language: Hindi
Qualification: A university/college degree in management or a related field
