The role involves serving as a trade finance partner for the India Generics division. The goal is

To serve as a robust support network for depots, stockists, and other channel partners to guarantee seamless billing and uphold positive connections with key stakeholders.

To guarantee streamlined and uniform procedures, helping the business to execute decisions and aid in the overall development of the division.

To promote robust policy compliance to guarantee operations are conducted in an acceptable manner

Guaranteeing prompt scheme payments to every channel partner.

Support business and field teams in addressing operational concerns and inquiries.

Integrating business requirements into processes and systems to enhance the ease of conducting business.

Guaranteeing that business decisions are executed effectively and promptly communicated to the appropriate stakeholders

Skills:

Prompt retrieval of overdue accounts according to collection goals; also accountable for collecting from government agencies.

Reconcile key customer accounts annually and make necessary adjustments in collaboration with the FSS team if needed.

Maintaining minimum DSO in line with industry benchmarks.

Focusing on reducing the percentage of the Past Due amount from the total Accounts Receivable
