Job Description:

– Collaborate with the Supervisor/Manager to identify potential business customers.

– Gather and validate necessary documents from customers in accordance with organizational standards.

– Record the case in the system following the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and adhere to the disbursement process.

– Achieve the sanction ratio as outlined by the organization.

– Meet customer needs by cross-selling various products under the guidance of the Supervisor/Manager.

– Assist the Manager/Supervisor with the onboarding of new vendors and foster strong relationships with them.

– Work alongside the Manager/Supervisor to ensure compliance with all audit and RBI regulations.
